    Laminating machine

  • Due to the pressure roll with slit height adjustment driven by an electric motor, our laminating machine is able to coat materials of highly diverse thickness. The preset slit height can be read out at a scale fixed to the machine rack.
    A freely rotating, heatable roll heats the coating material to its bonding temperature. The roll can be tempered steplessly from room temperature up to 180 °C. The integrated LCD display depicts the pre-set temperature numerically. Operating speed is also steplessly set by means of a potentiometer.
    Upstream and downstream finish tables come as a torsion-free steel construction. By means of locking points, the tables can be steadily connected to each other as well as to the main machine. All machine components are mobile due to heavy-load steering rollers with double-stop function and can thus be deployed anywhere in your production.

  • Our pre-processing impregnation machine runs from an electrically width-adjustable axial unwinding device. The restraining force of the pneumatic disc brake of the unwinding device is infinitely variable.
    Automatic level control guarantees sufficient charge in the treatment liquid tank. Excess treatment liquid is wiped off the wetted material with an integrated wiper and transported into the liquid tank again.
    Winding is executed onto a big batching device with mounted drivetrain and torque support.
    The treatment liquid is prepared in a tank equipped with an agitator. Dry-run of the pump is prevented by means of an electronic liquid level monitoring device.
    The stationary location for wetted big batches comes as a torsion-free steel construction. Here, several big batching devices can be stored until their further processing. The rotation drivetrains for the big batches can be started or stopped independently of each other.
