Independent of their series, BAUCH batch winders can be integrated into your production process as autonomous units after any weaving or production machine. Approval impulses from the weaving machine are not necessary for a smooth winding process.

Electronic connection in the form of approval signals, error messages, and start/stop signals is trouble-free but not absolutely necessary.

    Constant abidance with default tensile forces is guaranteed via our highly sensitive regulation technology. Arisen tensile forces are measured electronically and transferred to the control system. Any impact that changes fabric tension is compensated fully automatically. Desired process parameters are entered in numerical form together with self-explaining and clear full-text display. Thus your presets can be tracked any time and reproduced for future winding processes even as personnel changes. The modular structure of our control technology admits of fully automated execution of constant process defaults as well as of degressive (MAX/MIN) and progressive (MIN/MAX) winding curves depending on a predefined piece length.

  • Control technology ascending batch winder type series CBM

    With this model, we also focus on intuitive and self-explaining operation in order to ensure that operating personnel settles in quickly.

    Tensile force is registered via an electro-magnetic scanning unit and transferred to the control system. All influences that change fabric tension, such as increasing batch weight or traverse losses, are compensated fully automatically. Due to the logic implemented by BAUCH, the control system registers all operating states of the production process and handles these accordingly. Tensile stress is entered numerically and constantly displayed on the control panel. This facilitates reproduction of your production processes at any time.

    In order to prevent involuntary intervention, controls are secured by a lockable covering.
