• General information about BAUCH center winders
  

  The center winder is designed for batch diameters of up to 1,400 mm. After lifting the brake roller by using synchronized pneumatic cylinders, the finished fabric batch can be removed by crane. The lifting and lowering speed is adjustable. The swivel arm is locked in the end position by an automatic mechanical safety lock.

  Cloth beams or expansion shaft axles are taken up via safety folding bearings. Brake roller equipped on both sides with continuously adjustable pneumatic brake calipers. The brake pressure is displayed via a manometer. The braking force automatically adapts to the batch diameter, but can also be set in manual mode. (No additional weights that have to be moved on a dancer roller torsion axis.)

  Control technology center winder
  

  Constant abidance with default tensile forces is guaranteed via our highly sensitive regulation technology. Arisen tensile forces are measured electronically and transferred to the control system. Any impact that changes fabric tension is compensated fully automatically.

  Desired process parameters are entered in numerical form via the integrated touch panel together with self-explaining and clear full-text display. (No inaccurate potentiometer settings). Thus your presets can be tracked any time and reproduced for subsequent winding processes - also in shift operation or frequent fabric changes. In addition, our control system enables different fabric tensions to be entered during the winding process.

  Consistent quality even with frequently changing types of fabric, because all winding parameters can be called up on the display. The control is also equipped with a self-diagnosis function. The work programe can be transferred to other winders.

  By means of its preset calculating algorithms, the control system of BAUCH centre winders guarantees process-reliable execution of degressive (MAX/MIN) and progressive (MIN/MAX) winding characteristics depending on a given piece length.
